壽險業持股限縮　下周再戰

【廖珮君／台北報導】金管會主委曾銘宗今早說，壽險業持股限縮一案，將在1周後再開1次公聽會，讓雙方立場更接近。他說，保險業持股限縮，須做利弊分析，今天會中有學者也提出一些意見，壽險公會也有聽進去，一周後公會會提出他們的修正意見，屆時綜合評估後，再來定奪。

至於有業者提出，採限縮投票權方式來取代持股降到5%，曾銘宗說，這是有人提出的想法，但最後草案還沒出來。

曾銘宗說，今天很和諧，金管會和壽險公會立場一致，希望把保險法修得更何理，讓業者有發展空間，讓整個產業有更合適的法制體制，更好發展機會。
 
曾銘宗也說，這修正草案只是研究、沒做決策且通過也不會溯及既往，對股市衝擊言之過早。

至於過度保險和立即糾正，則都有高度共識，朝此方向作，最快保險法年底前送行政院。
