明年9月23日前 泉順再違規一次就撤照

農糧署昨晚公布市售米混充，日前爆發「山水米事件」的糧商泉順又點名標示國家標準一等米，檢驗碎粒卻超標為等外米。

根據農糧署9 月18日修訂的「違反糧食管理法案件處分裁量作業要點」，泉順從8 月至今已違規3次，農糧署表示，今年9月23日寄出裁罰書，文到一年內泉順米再犯將撤銷糧商執照。
