國民黨新竹市長選舉整合成功，由現任市長許明財尋求連任。

國民黨秘書長曾永權下午會見新竹市長許明財及有意參與明年市長選舉的新竹市議員林耕仁；經協調，林耕仁為了黨的團結及謀取新竹市鄉親的最大福祉，願意支持許明財競選連任，並全力輔選。
