通知糧商再公告? 陳建斌：長官忙沒批公文

農糧署昨晚公布第3季市售米抽驗結果，有8件品質、品種標示不實，農糧署卻先通知糧商下架才公告，罔顧消費者權益。農糧署副署長陳建斌坦言，「我很坦白的說，上周就要公告、我上周就看過了，但長官很忙沒批公文。」並指「長官」是「內部長官、好幾位」。

陳建斌補充，這次業者僅標示不實，並無食安問題；對於延遲造成消費者權益受損，未來會檢討公布流程、時機，不過這次是因9月18日修正「違反糧食管理法案件處分裁量作業要點」，為求周全、審慎而公布延遲，絕無隱匿之意。
