黃介正：中美日沒開戰本錢 心理戰居多

中國日前宣布在東海畫設防空識別區，26日美國兩架B-52轟炸機飛進中國東海防空識別區，使情勢再度升高。淡江大學戰略研究所助理教授黃介正表示，從大的區域格局來看，中、美、日三方的領導人雖然都很強勢，但都有一定的國內經濟和財政的挑戰，因此三方都沒有輕啟戰端的本錢。當前的態勢，就是各方使用武裝力量進行外交宣示的動作非常明顯，但並沒有近距離武裝接觸的跡象。所以目前的動作都只是在測試對方的決心，心理戰成分多過於軍事衝突。
