班史提勒《白日夢》獲好評　決心棄演從導

【陳泓銘／綜合報導】好萊塢男星班史提勒（Ben Stiller）自導自演的新片《白日夢冒險王》日前在雪梨舉行亞洲首映會，自爆：「打算以後不演戲，專心當導演。我覺得當導演比演員更自由，更能拍攝各種不同類型的電影。」
 
《白》片耗資9千萬美元（約27億元台幣），描述他飾演的華特米堤總是做著一個又一個白日夢，無論是以帥哥姿態征服冰河、或從爆炸大樓現場化身超級英雄救出小狗，在他的超現實幻想情境中，無名小卒也可以無所不能。但現實生活裡的華特米堤只是無名小卒，不僅快被公司裁員，又沒膽約正妹同事，正當他得面對現實世界的終極考驗，他放手一搏才發現，人生原來可以過得如此精彩。
 
他執導該片成績好評不斷，美國媒體指是繼《阿甘正傳》後最具啟發性作品，他也因此更決定專注導演工作。該片下月24日平安夜在台上映。
