葉少酒駕撞死人 判6年定讞

（中央社記者黃意涵台北27日電）葉冠亨酒駕撞死人案，最高法院今天維持前審認定，以公共危險罪判葉冠亨6年徒刑，同案被告王嘉祥依業務過失致死罪判刑2年。全案定讞。

「葉少爺」葉冠亨於去年4月25日，酒後駕車載友人在高雄市中華路超速撞到垃圾車，再撞擊晨起運動的李姓婦人，造成李婦當場死亡，同車陳姓友人也傷重不治，李婦丈夫也疑因傷心猝死，留下8歲孤女。1021127
