食藥署：收到商周補件 暫不罰

食品藥物管理署副署長姜郁美表示，下午4時22分收到商業周刊的補件資料，內容尚未拆封，不知道是否為食藥署想要內容。由於商周在截止之前送達食藥署，對於行政執行法裁罰事實不在；至於內容，會再邀學者討論。

姜郁美解釋，怠金部分，補件部分已經做到，第一階段不會處分。若內容有缺，會請銘傳大學生物技術系副教授陳良宇說明，若陳良宇未出席說明，才會用怠金處理。

是否表示態度軟化？姜郁美說，所有動作都依法執行。
