林中斌：中美日動作頻頻 內政需要

中國日前宣布在東海畫設防空識別區，26日美國兩架B-52轟炸機飛進中國東海防空識別區，使情勢再度升高。國防部前副部長林中斌指出，他直覺反應就是這些動作都是因應內政的需要，為了向國內輿論交代。日本安倍首相推動的經濟大翻修和國家正常化，都需要民意支持；且安倍反中，還可拉美國下水。歐巴馬從伊拉克和阿富汗撤軍，國內已有失去世界霸權的微詞，如今要重返亞洲，對中國自然不能示弱。中國的動作最大，除了民意壓力外，是否還有其他背後因素，則還要觀察。
