視線死角　巴士撞坍候車亭看板幸無人傷

【林靜盛／雲林報導】台中客運林姓司機（59歲）今午準備停靠台西客運虎尾總站時，因太靠近候車亭，車頭右上方撞上屋簷，公車站看板應聲斷裂掉落，砸中一輛等候乘客的計程車，幸客運車上4人與計程車2人皆未受傷，部分民眾經過時，以包包護住頭部，台西客運就近協助受阻乘客繼續行程，相關後續由客運公司協調善後。
 
林姓司機表示，擁有3年以上經歷，因公司路線調整，今第二次跑北港往台中路線，想讓乘客靠近候車亭上下車而靠近，沒看到視線死角中有屋簷。計程車司機廖井當時與友人在車內聊天，感嘆說：「突然碰一聲巨響，看板就砸下來了！」雖然愛車受損不大，卻也沒辦法載客，不知道該不該說幸運。
