祖克柏將出售4135萬臉書B股

美國股市監管機構(US stock market regulators)今天(19日)表示，全球最大社群網站臉書(Facebook)的執行長祖克柏(Mark Zuckerberg)，將出售手中持有的4,135萬臉書B股股份。

該機構表示，祖克柏出售這些B股的目的是為了繳稅。

這些股份每股有10個投票權，投票權是指股東對公司企業政策，以及董事會成員等事宜進行投票的權力，這也讓祖克柏擁有掌控臉書的權力。

此外，在出售上述B股股份的過程中，億萬富翁的祖克柏擁有認購臉書股份的行使權，讓他可以再購買6,000萬臉書B股。
