【陳建緯、陳偉周、戴之聖／基隆報導】小鴨旋風、鴨軸登場！黃色小鴨周末準備在基隆港粉墨登場，今天為求謹慎特別進行彩排，讓現場民眾能夠一飽眼福，主辦單位表示，這次小鴨是「改良版」，可以抵擋7級陣風，相對於輕度颱風的風力強度，而《蘋果》也特別羅列3個賞鴨景點，首選陽明海洋藝術館視野絕佳，再來就是港務大樓與免費的東岸停車場，也提醒民眾周末賞鴨要提早出門，以免塞車錯失賞鴨時間。
