勞委會密切注意日月光停工效應

日月光偷排廢水事件，高雄市政府明天可能會祭出K7廠停工處分，廠內數千名員工後續生計，引發關注。勞委會主委潘世偉說，「到現在還沒發生 (指停工)，停工有停工的相關規定，會密切觀察。」

潘世偉是在下午立法院社福衛環委員會審查勞委會預算前，回答媒體關切日月光後續員工生計問題。

勞委會強調，事業單位只能因景氣影響且經勞資協商後才能放無薪假，工廠若因汙染環境而被停工，以致員工被迫無法上班，歸責於雇主，工資須照給，也就是只能放「有薪假」；若日月光欲資遣員工，也必須依「勞基法」相關規定處理並發給資遣費。
