馬：產業要轉型 打造創新和新創事業生態圈

提出「長尾理論」的世界經濟趨勢預測專家克里斯安德森（Chris Anderson）近日來台訪問，今天（13號）上午受馬總統接見。馬總統也再度重申，臺灣的產業面臨轉型，一定要走向創新驅動才能在市場上扮演無可取代的角色，政府現在每年為此投入一千萬美金。（戎華儀報導）

馬總統十三號上午接見世界經濟趨勢預測專家Chris Anderson時指出，臺灣資訊代工硬體產業在全球市場上舉足輕重，今年的產值有超過一千五百億美元的規模，但是產業結構面臨調整。

馬總統：『臺灣的產業也就是因為這樣，面對轉型的關鍵，我們還要繼續朝效率驅動的方向走呢？還是應該調整到創新驅動，這點國內已經漸漸地有共識了，一定要走向創新驅動，我們才能擺脫競爭者，在世界市場，在世界市場上扮演無可取代的角色。』

馬總統還說，Chris Anderson提到製造者時代的概念，幫助喜歡創意的人得到信心和鼓勵。政府的「中堅企業躍昇計畫」投入一千萬美金，今年選出七十四家企業輔導，希望成為臺灣的隱形冠軍，明年還要花一千萬美金輔導一百五十家以上中小企業，打造新創事業育成生態圈。
