【動新聞】台灣最牛違建戶！書記官的家拆了

【劉邠如／綜合報導】台中地院書記官楊金池住家違建，經民眾11度檢舉，卻未見市府執行公權力，遭批瀆職，都發局今天上午九時半，派出二十名拆除員與重型鑽孔機具，在警力戒護下執行公權力，破壞拆除一樓夾層違建，以及後側法定空間違法增建部分。

向《蘋果日報》投訴並拉起白布條抗議的民眾黃先生表示「房子蓋那麼高，對附近房屋來說，有很大的壓迫感。影響到我們的空氣，影響到我們的陽光。」並表示他和楊金池數度溝通無效，向市府11次檢舉都沒人處理，甚至被恐嚇，身心飽受威脅，今天總算還他一個公道。

台中市都發局主秘李正偉表示，「現場巷弄比較狹窄，拆除進度最快一天，但也可能會延到明天。」李正偉指出，由於屋主違法復工，已違反《建築法》第93條，除強制拆除違建部分、將屋主移送法辦，依法可處一年以下或併科三萬元以下罰金，至於收到民眾檢舉卻延遲呈報，內部會進行調查，必要時將對失職承辦員進行懲處。
