【孫英哲／彰化報導】大統長基董事長高振利，被裁定以1200萬元交保(原裁定100萬元)，今下午4時50分，高振利的3名友人(二男一女)，經5個半小時籌錢後，先到法警室領取繳款單，再到合庫點錢1100萬元確認，並把繳款單送回法院，完成具保手續，高振利不發一語由家人開車載走。
