公平會：企業申報結合將改單一門檻

企業申報結合方式即將改變！公平會主委吳秀明今天（13號）出席立法院經濟委員會時表示，將修訂《公平交易法》，讓往後企業結合申報改採「單一申報」門檻，以前一年營業額為申報門檻，而非以往包含前一年營業額、市占率的「雙申報」門檻。

吳秀明指出，目前包括歐美各國，都採用「單一門檻」申報結合制，本次修法將讓企業未來申報更加明確。而現在的銷售金額門檻，併購者的一般產業為新台幣一百億元、金融產業兩百億元，被併購者則是十億元，未來是否調整，吳秀明強調，還會再細分，同時也可能會調整金額。
