標普：中國應轉為內需帶動成長

中國近年來經濟成長率趨緩，信用評等公司標準普爾更將中國今年經濟成長率降為7.3%。標準普爾今表示，中國不能再只靠投資經濟成長，應轉為內需經濟。

金融研訓院昨舉辦「經濟增長減緩新背景下，中國大型企業和銀行的信用前景研討會」。

標準普爾評級服務資深董事陳錦榮認為，短期內中國政府以政策手段推動，讓經濟成長率保持7%以上水準，是很有可能的狀況。因為地方政府、國有企業投資意願還是很強，銀行也願意借貸、保持很好的流動性。但長期來說，不確定性會逐漸增強。

因此，他認為，中國以投資刺激經濟成長的狀況應該要逐漸改變。建議，中國應讓民營企業在中國市場扮演夠大的角色，藉此提升中國經濟效益，讓中國從投資帶動的經濟成長，轉為民間消費為主的經濟成長。
