呂秀蓮遭濫訴調查報告 監察院通過

前副總統呂秀蓮去年向監察院陳情，批評特偵組濫權起訴特別費與國務機要費案，辦綠不辦藍，調查她的國務機要費案，過程不公，監察委員黃煌雄等人上午二度將調查報告提交監察院司法及獄政委員會委員會討論，中午獲得通過。但黃煌雄以調查報告全文與標題還在修訂、獨自發言恐涉以偏蓋全為由，暫不肯透露案情。監委如何看待特偵組辦案手法，受到矚目。

前副總統呂秀蓮向監察院陳情指特偵組濫權起訴，日前由監委黃煌雄完成調查報告，前經過監察院司法及獄政委員會委員會討論沒有共識，委員會今日上午二度就調查報告進行討論，中午通過審查，並依與會監委意見修正文字。
