台糖公司向大統長基 求償4631萬元

台糖從2007年開始委託大統長基代工生產葡萄籽油，卻因此捲入混油風暴；台糖今向彰化檢方提出告訴，並向大統長基公司和董事長高振利求償4631萬元。

彰化檢方查出高振利從2007年開始生產的葡萄籽油，都摻混葵花油、芥子油、大豆油及棉籽油，橄欖油系列也摻雜銅葉綠素，10月25日偵結起訴時，列出大統長基公司七年來不法所得共18.5億元；今天彰化地方法院開庭時，檢察官提出補充理由，將不法所得追列為20.16億元。

但高振利的辯護律師說，從2004年到去年，大統長基公司每年結算的盈利才1.8億元，高振利和公司被檢方扣押的31筆不動產，只有2筆分別是2007、2010年購買，以餘都是民國6、70年間就擁有，怎能列為不法所得而扣押？
