衛福部：泡麵油包重金屬 都在可接受範圍

周刊爆料泡麵油包含重金屬，衛生福利部食品藥物管理署食品組組長蔡淑貞剛剛表示，昨日收到周刊相關的檢驗報告，實際上，重金屬本就廣泛存在於環境中，且檢出微量，都是在可接受範圍中。

蔡淑貞說，油包是後端的加工產品，國際上訂定重金屬限量都是前端原料控管，因為在後續加工過程可能會在製程中產生重金屬，會再了解原料的重金屬含量。
