明年選戰　國民黨第一波提名12月25日出爐

【晏明強／台北報導】國民黨中常會今通過明年「直轄市市長暨縣市長選舉候選人提名第一梯次作業時程」，預定於11月18日發佈提名登記公告，11月20日至21日接受領表，11月28日至29日受理申請提名登記，若要經過初選程序，將於12月6日至20日進行民調，12月21日舉行黨員投票並公佈民意調查結果，黨務人士表示，12月25日將會把第一梯次的提名名單及建議輔選方式提交中常會。

至於哪些直轄市或縣市會納入第一梯次提名作業，黨務人士強調，每個縣市情況不同，即使國民黨的執政縣市，基於冷卻選情等不同因素考量，也未必一定要納入第一梯次提名，國民黨各縣市黨部依照實際選情及選戰策略評估，在18日前向黨中央回報，再由國民黨秘書長曾永權核定，哪些縣市先納入第一梯次提名作業。
