三中全會公報失望 滬指收跌1.8%

中共第18屆「三中全會」落幕，但會後公報未提及國企改革、金融改革未給具體方向，市場失望之餘，今日A股開低走低，滬綜指收跌1.8%至2,088點。

華爾街日報援引群益證券資深分析師林靜華說，散戶投資者原本對三中全會寄予厚望，但會議公報沒有就政府將如何處理國有金融企業改革、戶籍制改革等一連串棘手問題給出答案。

帶頭領跌的是油氣電概念股及大型國企。中石化今日下跌1.7%至人民幣4.68元（約新台幣22.7元）。

中原證券分析師張剛說，從公報措辭來看，政府打算兼顧國企和私企，這導致投資者原本期待將從私有化中受益的相關股票回落。

公報提到加快自貿區建設，自貿區概念拉升。積極遞件申請設立自貿區的廈門概念股大漲，廈門港務上漲7.2%至6.98元（約新台幣34元）。
