林毅夫案 金門高分檢決定續通緝

世界銀行前副總裁林毅夫因投敵叛逃罪遭通緝案，上午卷證移交金門高分檢，經檢察長刑泰釗與承辦檢察官研議後，為避免通緝程序上出現空窗期，中午正式接續對林毅夫發布通緝；不過，邢泰釗強調，後續將進一步檢視相關資訊，以及法院對於追訴權時效消滅的見解，審慎研議是否對林毅夫撤銷通緝。
