長照保險 上班族估月繳70到670元

長照保險未來上路，民眾每個月的保費支出將再增加。長照保險的保費預計將跟著健保費一起收取，計算公式也與健保費相同，投保者及依附的眷屬都要收保費，但費率約為健保費的四分之一到五分之一。若以健保費的四分之一計算，受雇者約要月繳70元到670元間。

目前長照保險費率未定，以目前健保費率4.91%而言，若以四分之一計算，長照保險費率約為1.2%左右，以上班族王先生月薪4萬5000元，太太月薪3萬元但要扶養一個小孩，小孩依附她納保，計算下來王先生每個月的長照保險費約為165元，王太太與小孩每個月要多繳218元。

以目前受雇者每個月健保費最低281元、最高2681元計算，長照制度上路後，每個人每個月最少要繳70元、最高要月繳670元保費。
