男子失足跌愛河　「人肉繩索」順利救人

【李菁豪／高雄報導】高雄一名郭姓男子（32歲），日前站在愛河旁邊欣賞風景，一時失神竟失足跌入愛河，民眾立刻報案，高雄市警局鹽埕分局建國四路派出所所長鄭慶璋、警員何國祥獲報趕到現場，發現他在河裡載浮載沉，所長鄭慶璋和警員何國祥靈機一動，立即請現場兩位民眾手拉手形成一條人肉繩索，所長鄭慶璋拉著民眾的手，再由民眾拉著警員何國祥的左手，何國祥用右手拉住落河的郭男，遂在千鈞一髮之際將他救上岸，所幸沒有大礙。
