「不近人情」指控 馬總統：有檢討

馬英九總統處理立法院長王金平司法關說案，適值王金平嫁女，遭外界批評「不近人情」。馬總統今天接受電台專訪，被問及此問題，他坦言確實知道有這樣的批評，主持人問他是否有自我檢討這個批評，馬總統答「對」。

不過馬總統也說，國會議長司法關說是太嚴重事情，「也不能被人情整個淹沒掉」。他說，並不知道王金平嫁女的事，9月7日王金平和他通電話，王跟他說嫁女兒，他就沒有催他回來。

至於當天王金平跟他解釋「那是安慰柯建銘的，不是關說」，馬總統何以未採信？馬總統表示，假如通案當然不構成關說，但他看到譯文，有針對到個案，還有提到檢察官的名字，就不是針對通案。
