「捍衛公權力」　劉政鴻翻臉告陳為廷

【綜合報導】大埔「張藥房」老闆張森文上月十八日溺斃大埔橋下，當晚苗栗縣長劉政鴻到張家上香遭拒，額頭被球鞋砸中，劉不知是誰扔的，就說「能體諒，不準備提告」，後來獲知是清大學生陳為廷丟的，竟控告陳為廷妨害公務及公然侮辱。

據《三立新聞》報導，劉政鴻原本說不提告之後又提告，他今受訪表示，為了捍衛公權力、保障公務人員執勤安全以及尊嚴，考慮了一段時間才做出這樣的決定。
