少年偷車被逮 辯稱為學開車

（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣2日電）苗栗一名17歲少年凌晨潛入路旁一輛老舊轎車，以剪刀插入鑰匙孔發動，才剛駛離就遭警方盤查逮捕，竟辯稱是為了學開車。

苗栗縣警局北苗派出所2名巡邏員警今天凌晨巡邏經過苗栗市中華路，發現1輛轎車形跡可疑，上前盤查；駕駛座上的朱姓少年無法出示行照，又答不出車主是何人，經警方根據車籍聯繫車主到場，才坦承偷車。

警方調查，17歲朱姓少年輟學單親，有數次竊盜紀錄，他向警方供稱，凌晨行經巷內，發現轎車車門未鎖，「為了學開車」，便進入車內，以剪刀插入鑰匙孔啟動車輛，想不到才正要開出巷子，就遇到警方攔查逮獲。

警方表示，民眾對於老舊車輛多半不會裝設防盜器，卻容易成為歹徒下手行竊目標，呼籲車主加裝排檔鎖或方向盤鎖，讓有心人士知難而退，降低失竊風險。1021002
