身心障員工過半　台水公司獲表揚

  【黃任膺／台中報導】罹患先天軟骨發育不全症的女子「君寶」雖已23歲，身高只有115公分，一度被當成童工，找工作四處碰壁。後來參加台中市政府勞工局舉辦的客戶服務人員培訓，2年多前經輔導在台灣自來水公司1910客服中心工作，雖然「矮人一截」從不要求特別待遇，一直和其它同事一樣24小時輪班執機，也拒絕公司為她量身訂製辦公桌椅，樂觀進取表現優異獲擢升為講師，成為客服中心快樂的「小老師」

台中市勞工局長賴淑惠表示，台灣自來水公司最挺進用身心障礙員工政策，三年前成立1910客服中心時，25個編制進用13名身心障礙者，豎立公家機關帶頭做的好榜樣。
