全球航空交通興旺 客機滿座率升高

國際航空運輸協會(IATA)秘書長兼執行長湯彥麟(Tony Tyler)今天(2日)在聲明中表示，全球航空交通8月份出現6.8%的成長，使得航空業創下83.4%的滿座率新高紀錄。

湯彥麟說：「8月對旅客交通來說，是一個業績呈正面發展的月份。」他指出，整體客座率，也就是滿座率呈現上揚，達到與2011年7月時，創下的紀錄相當，也就是83.4%。

湯彥麟表示，8月份的滿座率跟去年同期相比，增加6.8%，而且全球各個航空市場都呈現強勁需求，其中以中東、拉丁美洲和亞洲等市場更是明顯。

至於在國際線和國內線的航空運輸需求方面，8月份的國際線需求增加7.5%，國內線則是增加5.6%。

湯彥麟對國際航空業的繁榮發展感到高興，並且強調，大部份指數都顯示今年第四季的國際航空運輸，將會再掀另一波高潮。
