猴抓妹夜店偷包 和解獲緩刑

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北2日電）「猴抓妹」陳維芊被控在夜店偷走兩女手拿包，她賠新台幣4萬元和解。法官依竊盜罪判刑3月，緩刑2年，命她向公庫付3萬元。

陳維芊在民國100年，到印尼峇里島知名景點聖猴森林遊玩，拍下被猴子襲胸差點走光的照片，在網路瘋狂轉載，甚至登上國外媒體，被網友封為「猴抓妹」。

台北地院今天公布判決指出，陳女在4月間到台北巿的夜店參加友人聚會，被控偷走在場兩名女子的手拿包，得手近2000元及iPhone手機；事後被害人報警處理，警方調閱夜店監視器，循線查獲陳女。

陳維芊到案後辯稱當時喝醉了，但檢方認定犯行明確，依竊盜罪起訴。法院審理時，陳女認罪，庭外受訪還說「希望法官重重判我」，並賠償其中一名被害人4萬元和解，另一被害人則表明不再追究。

法官審酌她坦承犯行，犯後態度良好，依兩個竊盜罪判處3月徒刑，可易科罰金，緩刑2年，命她向公庫支付3萬元。全案可上訴。1021002
