大學兼任講師 月領不及22K

（中央社記者陳至中台北2日電）親民黨籍立委李桐豪今天表示，大學兼任講師鐘點費過低，月薪僅新台幣2萬700元，還不如22K。教育部承諾改善。

教育部長蔣偉寧今天到立法院教育及文化委員會備詢，李桐豪指出，目前大專校院有4萬5000多個兼任教師，幾乎和專任教師數量相等，如果以課程計算，平均大專每5堂課，就有一堂課是兼任教師擔當。

不過，李桐豪指出，目前公立大專校院兼任教師鐘點費支給標準，講師一堂課僅新台幣575元，以教4門課計算，月薪僅2萬700元，根本不夠生活。

蔣偉寧表示，已請人事單位研議調整鐘點費，現在私立學校可以自己調整，但大都還是依照公立標準訂定。教育部會盡快召集學者專家，討論出合理的方案。

另外，民主進步黨籍立委鄭麗君也質疑，中小學代理代課教師比例過高，教育部訂出一年降1個百分點的目標，今年卻不降反升，要求教育部做好控管。

蔣偉寧表示，目前代理代課教師約占整體教師的10%，一年降1個百分點的目標不變，希望能在5年內降到5%，教育部仍會朝這個目標努力。1021002
