公園打野砲　傅天穎和男友公然猥褻罪起訴

【綜合報導】藝人傅天穎離婚恢復單身後，7月1日凌晨被民眾目擊與緋聞男友全權在新北市四號公園公然做愛，被民眾糾正後，全權還辱罵警察。新北地檢署調查後，認定兩人確實發生關係，今依公然猥褻罪嫌將兩人起訴；全另被依妨害公務罪嫌起訴。

檢方起訴指出，影星傅天穎和男友全權，今年7月1日凌晨，在中和「四號公園」草地「打野炮」，被正在遛狗的張男發現，竟遭全男怒罵「看小三」，此時傅女呼喊：「不要強姦我」，張男進而到中和一分局安平派出所報案。

崔、林兩警前去，全男卻以：「你智障啊」「你這個王八蛋」、「智障啊，小警察了不起」、等語辱罵，並和兩警扭打，造成兩警雙手受傷。

全男表示，有跟傅女摟抱親吻及磨蹭，但否認有性行為，傅女也強調沒性行為也沒脫衣，只是喝醉了，但新北地檢署基於張男作證目睹兩人下半身都沒穿，男有插入並撞擊；崔警也說傅女上衣掀起，下半身僅剩內褲；林警則稱傅女內外褲都沒穿好。檢方因此依公然猥褻、妨害公務罪起訴兩人。
