【連欣儀／綜合外電報導】美國政治僵局持續，太平洋投資管理公司（Pacific Investment Management Co.，PIMCO）經理人、有債券天王之稱的葛洛斯（Bill Gross）認為，美國政府最終仍會避免債務違約，就算未能及時調高債限，違約機率也僅百萬分之一。
