胎兒頭卡硬糞塊 護理人員挖出

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市11日電）嘉義市一名產婦因子宮頸閉鎖不全，懷孕9個月不曾下床，致胎兒的頭被糞塊卡住，無法生出來，經護理人員挖出糞塊才解決。

嘉義市天主教聖馬爾定醫院今天表示，這名產婦因子宮頸閉鎖不全，原本預備在第37週拆線生產，但因她在家裡9個月不曾下床，也不敢用力，因此住院催生3天仍生不出來。

所幸值小夜班的產房護理員楊力潔，發現產婦催生不出來的原因是臥床9個月，導致肚子裡面積了30多顆的硬塊糞便，致胎兒的頭被硬糞塊卡住，沒辦法出來。

楊力潔於是用手將硬糞便一顆一顆推擠挖出來，才讓產道慢慢變寬，順利生產。

這名產婦在順利生產後表示，楊力潔無私地為她做這樣的工作，一想到她的大愛，都會感恩哭出來。

楊力潔表示，雖然產婦已做好灌腸的預備工作，但因子宮頸閉鎖不全而不敢用力，所以糞便並沒有完全排出，在內診發現原因後，只想趕快幫她解決問題，並沒想那麼多。1020911
