網拍廉價手機詐財 8嫌法辦

（中央社記者王淑芬高雄11日電）高雄市警方今天宣布偵破以網拍廉價手機為名，詐財新台幣300多萬元的案件，已將8名嫌疑人以詐欺罪嫌移送。

岡山分局指出，6月起掌握在網路販售廉價IPhone手機案，經數月追蹤，有60多名被害人經網購卻又取不到貨的情形，循線追查，這個犯罪集團範圍遍布全台，並詐財300多萬元。

警方指出，犯罪集團在網路上自稱賣家，「臉書ID名稱：Salute Hu」，刊登低於市價IPhone手機等訊息，及利用漫遊或透過電信網路電話，層層轉接並散發詐騙簡訊，還留詐騙人頭電話與被害人聯繫，讓買方陷於錯誤，還依賣方指示匯出詐騙款項到指定帳戶內。

當被害人遲未收到貨品才察覺遭到詐騙，警方陸續接獲報案，檢警展開偵辦，查獲6男2女涉嫌，涉案人有人負責收購人頭電話，也有人負責收購人頭帳戶，全案依詐欺罪嫌送辦。

警方呼籲民眾不要貪圖小利使詐欺集團有機可乘；如發現可疑不法行為請通報165或轄區分局派出所。1020911
