情侶縱火案 男被判9年10個月

新北市在6月間驚傳一起少女疑因不滿父親管教，而夥同男友縱火燒家導致父親傷重住院一案，經新北地方法院審理後，在今（11）日做出判決，依殺人未遂等罪判處少女呂姓男友有期徒刑9年10個月。

根據了解，呂姓男子和未成年的黃姓少女，疑因黃父反對他們交往，2人一氣之下共謀縱火燒屋，案發後警方訊問原因，少女竟稱「沒有為什麼」，讓警方聽了直搖頭。只是這段戀情，卻傳出在兩人落網後出現「變質」，彼此翻臉互控對方才是主謀。

警方曾表示，兩人坦承共謀縱火，主要是針對黃父，而不是黃家一家人。兩人事前討論要「放火燒宅」還是「持刀刺殺黃父」，最後，黃女選擇火燒自宅。因此，檢方才認定呂男涉犯公共危險罪與殺人未遂，並向新北地方法院聲請呂男羈押禁見獲准，而被送到少年法庭的黃姓少女，則被裁定收容於少年觀護所。
