王金平恐失院長寶座 有綠委喊倒閣

王金平遭撤銷黨籍，恐失院長寶座。民進黨內有人喊出「倒閣」、「解散國會」，但黨團目前尚未達成共識、作出決議。立委邱議瑩說，國會彷彿成了江揆的立法局，這是很重大的憲政危機，他主張倒閣、解散國會。

立委趙天麟說，國會議長是否涉不法自有司法調查，但總統與行政院直接把手伸到國會，政院還多次下指導棋，國會若不採取堅決手段，完全喪失監督能力，「倒閣、解散國會不失為一個方式」，讓人民重組國會新民意。
