豪宅拼比　好萊塢片場設計名師加持

【凃盈如／台北報導】國內建商拼比，花人力、撒銀彈邀請國際重量級設計師操刀設計。美國知名的Rockwell Group設計總監Barry Richards來台，與維多利亞建設公司合作，替其位於景美仙跡岩旁的新案設計1樓大廳及頂樓公設。維多利亞集團表示，該案基地近500坪，預計規劃200多戶的2房輕豪宅。
 
Barry Richards曾為許多好萊塢電影設計場景，例如《美國賤隊：世界警察》，也曾打造多屆的奧斯卡頒獎典禮舞台。他認為：「豪宅注重『獨一無二』，所謂奢華，是藉由獨特手法將常見的事物表現出來。」他打算運用台灣在地石材與木材創作，於建築案的1樓大廳玩光影遊戲，並以互動科技打造山水帷幕，作為亮點。
