【短片】大園酸液飲料案　店老闆：不小心誤放

【吳詠平／桃園報導】大園呂姓男子所喝下的強酸飲料案，在大園警方追查下，賣飲料的76歲巫姓老闆上午坦承，他為治療手上的疣，3星期前向機車行買來電瓶液裝在飲料罐內，不小心放進冰箱內讓呂誤食。

巫翁手臂皮膚上有長類似疣在的東西，巫翁有用電瓶液燒灼治療，平時就是放在飲料罐裡，為了分辨，他在飲料蓋子上用簽字筆劃上符號。
 
至於這電瓶液怎麼會被放到冰箱裡販賣，巫翁說是自己沒注意放入的。全案可確定是過失，與千面人無關，巫也很難過，自己的疏失讓老鄰居受害。
