香港假卡集團以毒品控制成員

香港警方破獲假卡集團，發現其以毒品控制成員購物後變賣。

香港警方今天宣布，破獲一個製作及行使假信用卡集團，拘捕13人，搜獲1000多張假卡及半成品卡。

香港警方相信，這個集團已運作兩年，估計經假卡購入貨品價值約1000多萬港元。

港警西九龍總區刑事總部警司林樹榮說，集團架構分為三層，高層首先從某些渠道購入個人資料，然後製造信用卡，經中層成員轉交下層成員負責購物，再變賣物品圖利。

他說，檢獲的假卡質素不錯，假卡集團通常購買一些非貴價物品，以防因為金額太高，引起商舖或銀行懷疑。

警方行動中檢獲一些毒品及假月餅券，初步調查發現，集團利用安非他命控制下層成員犯案。
