瑞信：雖有政爭紛擾　無礙台股攻8500點

【劉煥彥／台北報導】瑞信投資銀行部亞太區董事總經理Albert Park下午在瑞信亞洲科技論壇記者會中表示，政治因素對台股僅短期干擾，且美國量化寬鬆政策傳出退場後，台灣由於貨幣及經濟基本面相對穩定，成為國際資金從東南亞股市轉進東北亞的重要據點，預期未來12個月台股將有不錯表現。
 
Albert Park說：「台股價位已反映今年中國經濟成長趨緩的預期，且歐洲經濟觸底止穩，美國持續復甦，歐美經濟對台股助益將超過中國的影響。」
 
瑞信台股策略分析師許忠維預期，由於科技股基期較低及年底有新品上市題材，年底前科技股表現空間大於傳產及金融股，但受電價及基本工資調升與奢侈稅議題影響，先前金管會推出的台股3箭措施，最快要到2014上半年，才能明顯提振股市量能，他維持年底8500點的台股目標。
