林佳龍：立法院長改選不會過

立法院長王金平遭撤銷黨籍，恐失院長寶座。民進黨立委林佳龍今天說，院長改選需經全體立委三分之一以上提議、三分之二以上人數通過，但國民黨在立院未過半、民進黨不支持改選下，根本無法順利改選；他將推動「國會議長中立化」修法，規範立法院長、副院長不應介入政黨運作，不能兼任黨職，另也限定未來正副議長只有在自行辭職或是經立委決議改選後，才能去職，杜絕「黨意凌駕國會」。
