【短片】王金平聲請假處分　要求繼續行使黨員職權

【劉志原╱台北報導】立法院長王金平遭國民黨考紀會撤銷黨籍後，他循「許舒博模式」向法院聲請假處分，欲暫保黨籍，並提起「確認國民黨黨籍存在之訴」，台北地院已受理，王金平的假處分有2項要求，分別是要求國民黨不得在訴訟確定前，將撤銷黨籍證明書送達中選會，並要求讓他在判決確定前，繼續行使黨員職權。

至於確認黨籍存在訴訟部分，王金平認為，自己並未違反國民黨紀律、也未損及黨的榮譽，沒有理由撤銷他的黨籍，要求法院判決他仍具國民黨黨籍。
