殺女鄰男大生再犯強盜案　遭判刑9年6月

【許淑惠／台中報導】大學生莊鈞皓(23歲)於2010年8月潛入鄰家行竊，被女主人發現，持水果刀將她殺死，前年2月莊男落網後，警方另查出莊男涉嫌在前年1月又潛入林姓女大學生住處強盜、盜領共得款3000元，台中地院依強盜罪判莊男9年6月、盜領部份判刑3月，得易科罰金9萬元。
 
法院判決，前年1月，莊男半夜潛入林姓女大學生租屋處，持衣物、毛巾綑綁林女，強取2千元和提款卡盜領1千元，警方僅在現場的窗戶玻璃上採得1枚可疑指紋。

直到前年2月，莊男因殺人罪被補，經比對指紋吻合，認定莊男再犯此強盜案件。莊男殺死鄰居李姓女子部份已判刑15年確定，他否認再犯這起女大學生強盜案，但法院依證據認定莊男犯行。
