馬英九：19全代會將確保與會者安全與尊嚴

【晏明強／台北報導】國民黨下午舉行中常會，據轉述，有中常委擔心19全代會召開時週邊可能會有群眾抗議丟鞋，呼籲社運團體及學生應「己所不欲勿施於人」，也有中常委認為全代會是國民黨內會議，建議黨中央應設法確保出席黨代表的人身安全。與會人士轉述，黨主席馬英九回應表示，一定會確保出席人員安全與尊嚴。

馬英九說，雖然跟這些抗爭團體的對話有些困難，但近來也已努力進行溝通，只要對方願意，他都樂於傾聽、對話，只是有些事情不是中央政府層級能夠直接處理，有的則是已在處理，但是否能夠溝通協調，還是要看對方的意願。據了解，馬已在國民黨內部會議中指示，希望19全的維安工作能維持平常心，不要太過度。

至於國民黨聲稱尊重民眾表達意見權利，打算設置「意見表達區」，但由於整體維安部署是由台中市警方負責規畫，黨務人士強調，設意見專區只是國民黨的「建議」，但是否能實現仍須尊重警方勘查現場後的專業判斷。
