賊佯裝建商　3天偷3萬公斤鷹架

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名鄭姓男子（34歲），日前發現七堵區明德一路上1處剛完工的工地內，堆積大量鷹架且無人看守，鄭男佯裝成建商，找來2名貨車司機將鷹架「搬走」變賣，連3天偷了近3萬公斤，得手25萬多元，事後被該工地負責人許姓男子發現，許男氣得報警提告。
 
警方調查，鄭男有竊盜、侵占前科，曾入獄服刑，但仍不知悔改，還向警方辯稱：「以為沒人要才搬走！」日前全案偵結，檢方依竊盜罪起訴鄭男。
