地價稅11/1開徵 總地價稅稅收可望年增79億元

財政部今(30)日宣布，102年地價稅將於11月1號開徵，今(2013)年適逢地方政府每3年一次的調整公告地價年度，除金門無須調整外，各縣市均有調高，屆時總地價稅稅收將較去年增加79億，成長12.7%。

財政部今(30)日宣布，102年地價稅將於11月1號開徵，今(2013)年適逢地方政府每3年一次的調整公告地價年度，除金門無須調整外，各縣市均有調高，屆時總地價稅稅收將較去年增加79億，成長12.7%。

財政部今天召開102年度全國性地價稅開徵宣導記者會宣布，102年地價稅將於11月1號開徵，繳納期限到當月底，但今年的11月30號剛好是假日，因此順延至12月2號截止。

今年度地價稅開徵業務宣導由台南市政府稅務局負責，該局主秘沈盈如指出，地價稅納稅義務基準日為每年8月31日當天地政機關「土地登記簿」所載的土地所有權人或典權人為當年度地價稅的納稅義務人。

財政部統計，102年地價稅開徵766.8萬多件，較去年增加15.6萬件，加上今年適逢各地方政府3年一次的調高公告地價年度，除金門無調整外，全國各縣市普遍調漲，調漲幅度全國平均是8.66%，也讓屆時總稅額可達近700億元，較去年增加79億，成長12.7%。
