六輕工安事件台塑環安衛資料要公開

環保署環評大會討論「六輕廠區工安事件環境監測與蒐證方式之因應對策」，決議要求六輕四期全體開發單位，在兩個月內共同提出完整因應對策送審，監測項目及監蒐地點、頻率，納入六輕工安事件環境監測體系，內部環安衛檢查資料也必須研究公開，若有執行困難，要在3個月內公開說明。

台塑列席人員提出，環評委員要求的空氣中重金屬監測項目有困難，環保署亦無監測法規標準，同時不希望公開內部資料。環評委員決議維持去年12月環評大會決議事項，要求研究公開環安衛檢查資料，沒有法規不代表不能監測，開發單位可以參考國外做法。
